(FiveM is a community-based GTA V multiplayer mod) My new Xbox 1 controller,the "wired" versionwon't work in-game. Other games, like Spintires Mudrunner,work fine. Oddly,single-player GTA V works perfectly with the new Xbox 1 controller. This is with the Steam version of GTA V. Sometimes the game has the default option set to use another controller. So to make the PS4 controller work in-game you have to perform these steps: Open Steam and go into the game Setting. Choose the Controller option. Now access General Controller Settings. A new window will pop up where you can choose the PS4 controller.
I use a Xbox controller input it reads my ps4 as an Xbox but every single buttons works I can even bring up the mod menu on some servers and no clip with the controller which is clutch af if you still need lmk so I can check what’s it called when I get home.
Also You should just be able to connect it to your pc with the playstation charging cable. Its Fine Just Copy and paste the text in that box for next time you need support. try connecting your controller to your pc with the charging cable.
